When to drink: 2008 to 2040
A very elegant nose (especially coming after G P Lacoste!) Concentrated ripe cassis and blackcurrant: very pure. The palate is well-balanced, with lush rounded black fruits, no harsh edges and a certain decadence and sophistication. A very good wine for the vintage.
