Valuation | 20/20 |
Kunz Fassprobe 17: (75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 40 hl/ha) Fresh, elegant, finely structured, dense, complex bouquet, blueberries, blackcurrant, currants, fine liquorice, mint, pralines. Balanced, densely woven, elegant, fresh palate with dense, fine fruit, lots of fine tannin, fine creamy, delicately muscular structure, dense, varied aromas, very long, fragrant, powerful finish with lots of back flavours. Still has room for improvement. In terms of drinking pleasure, it could be the successor to the 1982, but with more density and more concentration. |
