Blackcurrant and dark berries, elderberry pulp. Tobacco, sweet almond. Taut and nervy on the palate, dense, with a classic structure, a hint of "noble" green tones in the overall ripe tannin, very mineral behind the fine-grained, firm, taut tannin. Excellently juicy in the transition to the closed but lengthy finish. Viscous layers of extract with a fruity background. Will mature superbly. 87 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon.
