About The Wine
The Dixon Pinot Noir is the composite blend of declassified Pinot Noir from various plantings on the Bindi vineyard (including the original 1988 plantings and the elite K Block vines).
It’s a wine made to be more approachable in its youth than the single site wines, yet blended to show the same mellifluous texture and aroma that Bindi Pinot Noirs are known for.
Named for Henry Reed Dixon, Michael Dhillon’s ancestor who first came to their home in Gisborne in 1853.
If you’d like to take a peak at the legendary Pinot Noirs from this small Macedon producer, this is the perfect place to start.
