When to drink: 2012 to 2026
Deep ruby. Plums, blackberries, cassis. This is a tannic, reserved Cabernet with plenty of ripeness in the mid palate. There are layers of flavours which reveal itself from behind the tannins plums, blackberries and fresh red dates. At the moment, the new oak used in this wine is sticking out in an awkward way but the wine will likely come together in about five years time.
