Rich, deep dark ruby colour. Opens on the nose with intense roasted notes of dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, followed by dark berry fruit, cassis and elderberry. Beautiful spicy notes on the palate, lots of ripe, dark berry fruit, opens with present, gripping tannins, builds well.
