When to drink: 2004 to 2032
Medium ruby-garnet colour, orange rim. Fine dark berry confit on the nose, herbal spice, hints of precious wood, nuances of orange zest. Powerful and very present tannins on the palate, underpinned by pleasant extract sweetness, elegantly persistent, mineral, subtle spice on the finish, fine chocolate on the finish, a good example of how Bordeaux is usually worth the wait, as the wine has developed very well with maturity.
