With a nose of truffle, cassis, tobacco, blackberry, dark cherry, earth and smoke, this concentrated, dense, full bodied, tannic wine needs time in the cellar to come around fully. Ridge Monte Bello is one of the best California Cabernet Sauvignon wines for aging, give it 5-10 more years.
