00: Barrel sample (17/20): Fine, peppery botrytis; wide-ranging play. Graceful on the palate, very long and with a brilliant elegance, the sweetness dominates a little at the end, but this will balance out again. 03: Intense yellow colour with a soft greenish tinge. Open, spicy bouquet, notes of saffron and dried apricots; powerful and rising to the top. Fat, rich and opulent on the palate; apricot jam, but also a well-supporting acidity, almost reminiscent of a Tokaj in the finish, enormous ageing potential. Drink 18/20 - 2060
