| Medium-dark brownish wine red colour, shows little depth. The nose is seductive and intoxicating, rather reserved, with a noble aloofness. It unloads beautifully and shows more and more caramel and malt, cocoa beans, in the background a nuance of almost ripe Cabernet with a hint of red chicory and some chilli pepper, but that also makes it somewhat fresh at the same time. Above all, it is still gaining a little on the nose. Velvety on the palate, with a minimal grain in the flow which still gives it good persistence, extremely tobacco-like and incredibly aromatic in the long finish. A perfect bottle. | |
