When to drink: 2018 to 2024
A DP I’ve struggled with in the past, not totally ripe I suspect, the aromatic spectrum leaning too much towards green and herbaceous notes for me to be comfortable. Time and evolution has masked some, but not all of this unripe character, and when last tasted in 2015, this was an easy drinking, mellowing Champagne, with an attractive spiciness. Drink 2018 – 2024.
