Very dark garnet colour with a violet shimmer. The bouquet begins with green peppercorns and geraniol notes, cold but not unripe, followed by elderberry bushes and liquorice. A cool Cabernet note on the palate that almost takes on a Chilean flavour, plenty of power and muscle, fine sandy flow. Typical Sociando for "cool Cabernet drinkers".
