Drinking maturity ( - 2020)
Rating 18/20

As the wine was served blind, I wrote down Latour. Brightening with a clear hint of maturity. Absolutely delicate and sweet on the nose, clear roasted notes and praline tones, light precious wood, then cigar tones. Dancing, elegant on the palate, appears light but shows sufficient finesse, ending with red berries. Once again a great 19-point bottle - as well as unfortunately often bouteilles. (18/20). 12: Bright garnet colour with brick-red reflections. The bouquet shows chicken bouillon paste and traces of glutamate, but the Mouton sweetness is there, behind it, black tea, Nescafé. Gianduja chocolates after a quarter of an hour. Quite fat on the palate, shows a lot of melting and fullness, seems somehow Burgundian, ends with a lot of sultana tones. Again, better after some time in the air. Somehow I've long had the feeling that there are two fillings. Those with 17/20 and those with 19/20.
