Still very dark wine-red in colour, only very fine ripe tones coming from the inside. A powerful, dark malty bouquet, almost reminiscent of Guinness beer, plums and dried fruit, tar, has a certain Rhône affinity, a lot of power and therefore goes to the head. A brilliant Cabernet Pauillac drug on the palate. This sensational Lynch shows an almost drug-like over-aromatic flavour, with delicate bitter almond tones on the finish, which is also often found in very great wines from this estate. This is no Cinquième, this is a Pauillac that puts the Premiers to shame.
