Dark wine red colour, only slightly brightening at the rim. A dream bouquet, delicate and yet full-bodied, beautiful cedar notes and a touch of blackberry, creamy nose, a lot of charm can already be detected here. And the palate continues in exactly the same way, everything is full of harmony and this ingenious, highly refined Pauillac almost drinks itself. A real delicacy. This is one of the greatest 95 pleasure wines. (19/20). 17: Very dark garnet colour, fine maturity on the outside. Fleshy bouquet, gamey notes, wild Cabernet, so between fruit and terroir at the moment. Juicy on the palate, elegant, well balanced, light-hearted and yet big, so typical Grand-Puy-Lacoste. Enormously enjoyable. Like a great Saint Julien from Pauillac in terms of type.
