Has developed positively. A powerful, introverted Cabernet with bubbles and flesh and considerable depth. At first I tasted it and found it a little too boyish, then I enjoyed it with an entrecôte de Paris and was delighted. But a few hours of decanting won't do any harm here - if you have the time. (17/20). 13: The bouquet seems a little unclean, wild hare meat, little pressure. Shows tertiary flavours on the palate, rancho tones, celery peel and lovage herb. There is too much unripe grape material in it. Considering how brilliant the Mouton from the same house is, there could have been much more here.
