00: Fantastic bouquet of precious woods, violets and a drop of raspberries in it, blackberries, wide-ranging aroma. Velvety palate, creamy fruit extract, wild berry touch, red cherries and dried plums in the almost malty finish, praline note in the aftertaste. Will gain one more point in its maturity. The best wine of the appellation. (17/20). 07: Medium garnet colour, bright rim. Sweet, red cherries, light coffee, showing a fine geraniol-cabernet shimmer in the nose. Smooth on the palate, fine tannins, elegant, long acidity, now showing initial maturity and, as a St. Estèphe, surprisingly feminine.
