| Dark garnet, quite rich in the centre, ruby rim. A wonderful, appealing delicacy on the nose, fine cassis and liquorice. Juicy, elegant, royal tannins on the palate. A light version, but I'm a fan of it - especially in years like this. It will be a lot of fun, even if heretics might declare its documentary lightness as thin. | |
