Medium-dark garnet colour with fine, initial ripe tones. The Cabernet Sauvignon is quite fleshy on the nose with aromas of demi-glace and venison, followed by a plummy, quite bound sweetness that opens up more and more. Very elegant on the palate with a medium body and quite mild tannins for a 1996. Now in first maturity.
