Dark ruby-garnet colour, violet reflections, subtle edge brightening. Fine nougat, ripe dark plum fruit, dark berry confit, a hint of orange zest, a hint of mint. Round and elegant, "drinkable" in a certain way, fine acidity structure, present tannins in the background, pleasant spiciness, dries the palate, great food companion, already drinkable, dark nougat in the aftertaste.
