Fine Florentine touch, some Peterwurz, liquorice, dark nougat, on the palate bordelesque and elegant, fine extract sweetness, fine tannins, fine acidity, salty touch, almost lemony in the finish, about Jekyll and Hyde, rustic nose and fresh finish. Great food companion, looks like a successful blend of Mouton and Ornellaia.
